Third Project

In May 2000, Tilleke & Gibbins commenced its third tree-planting project in the flatlands surrounding Pasak Cholsit Dam in Lopburi Province involving 200 rai (80 acres) of land. Approximately 20,000 local trees were planted, including Indian almond, pterocarpus, malacca tree, tamarind, alstonia scholaris, malabar ironwood, tabebuia rosea, casod tree, star apple, drumstick, and others. This project was completed in December 2002.
