Fourth
Project
Tilleke & Gibbins celebrated its 110th
anniversary in 2003. To commemorate the auspicious occasion,
the firm undertook a new reforestation project which was
launched on August 2, 2003. The planting site is a 200-rai
(80-acre) area located in Amphoe Sikiew, Nakhon Ratchasima
Province (pictured below). This will be a three-year (2003-2005)
project that will involve the planting of 20,000 trees
altogether, including drumstick trees, margosa or neem
trees, butea superbas, flame trees and ormosia trees.
