and non-fiscal incentives to qualified foreigners including but
not limited to permission to own land.

Are foreigners allowed to have majority shareholding or 100% ownership of
a company?

Yes, if the company is in a business not reserved for Thai nationals, or
it is export-oriented, or it has been promoted by a competent government agency.
